My name is Caroline, and I am passionate about change. Changing things in the right way is, in my opinion, something good. Since I have grown up around all types of technology and with a lot of friends who are doing white hacking, it has become increasingly clear that morality is vital to me. Creating a successful transition at work as well as in your private life is possible when change, tradition, and disruptive technology are connected. People adapt to technology all the time, but from my point of view, it should be the other way around: The human being in focus! That’s what I stand for, researching this subject and developing new ideas.
Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.

I am Lisa, and always looking for new things to learn. It was this curiosity that drove me to the topic of change. It is my passion to bring human-centered change to the world. It is my philosophy to always put the needs of people first! I strongly believe in the concept of collective change and I am interested in the sustainable implementation of new methodologies and concepts. From my perspective, we should always consider how our actions today will impact the generations to come!
